This project provides hands-on, barrier-free gardening with and for the residents of the Riverside Foundation.
Educating boys ages 14-17 at the Depke Juvenile Detention Center in a number of garden and nature related programs. The outdoor space has been transformed to an area that includes a vegetable and butterfly garden, annual and perennial beds, a nature trail, and picnic area.
Work with the residents to plant annuals and vegetable gardens and beautify the entrance to their facility.
